• We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you have any concerns with your service, please notify us immediately, or within 48 hours of your appointment.
• We may offer a complimentary touch-up within this timeframe at our discretion. Any complaints or requests for adjustments after 48 hours will be addressed, but fees may apply..
• All services are non-refundable. In the event of dissatisfaction, we will provide a one-time touch-up or correction at no additional cost if the concern is raised within the 48-hour complaint window.
• We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from misuse, lack of aftercare, or damage caused after leaving the salon.
• Aftercare instructions will be provided and following them is essential to maintain the quality of the service.
• I release Plush Nail Salon and its employees from any liability related to allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or other unforeseen reactions that may occur due to the products used in my service.
